HOW TO MAKE THE BEST USE OF PLASTEAX DATA ?
NEW! The Plastic Footprint Network was developed to ensure the industry uses plastic footprinting methodology with consistency. This is key in ensuring the credibility of the accounting results. It supports PLASTEAX users to make the best usage of data.
The methodology is from the “United Nations Environment Programme (2020). National guidance for plastic pollution hotspotting and shaping action - Introduction report. Boucher J.; M. Zgola, et al. United Nations Environment Programme” and is a publicly available methodological framework with calculation modules and tools free for any technical, policy and business users. It was funded by the Norwegian government.
HOW PLASTEAX DATA ARE DEVELOPED ?
Macro-plastic leakage modelling
